We spent the afternoon meandering the botanical gardens of Mtjuic in this gorgeous early November weather. The garden is full of Mediterranean vegetation from around the world; Chile, South Africa, California, and Australia are represented. As Barcelona is fairly hot and dry in the summers, the best time of year to visit the gardens is in the fall and spring. We were happy to spend an afternoon in the sun admiring the colors and textures.
